Seized Vehicles - Police

Does anyone sell assets that have been seized by the Sheriff or Police Department on Gov Deals?  We have a couple of vehicles that the Court has ordered to be transferred to the Board of Education for sale.  The Board of Education has asked us to sell the asset using our Gov Deals account and transfer them the funds once sold.  They do not have space to hold vehicles on their property.

    1. Can we sale it for them?
    2. How would you describe a vehicle that you don't have title to?
    3. How would a buyer get a title?  Lost title application, salvage title?

We sell confiscated, seized items on GovDeals.  They have a category called seized/confiscated.  I would suggest using this category for these items to help in your auditing process.  All of the funds made from the sale, minus your expenses, are to be sent to the local school system.  I charge them for advertising and employee time.
