New Hanover County is seeking a Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Deputy Chief Financial Officer assists in the financial administration of the County and authorizes and approves County contracts, bank transactions, debt, investments, major expenditures and capital project activities.
